Crema Menonita(Kra-ma Men-o-nee-tah)
Originally developed by Mennonite colones in the State of Chihuahua (Mexico) this Crema is slightly thinner and saltier than Crema Mexicana., It is used, tradicionally, in northern Mexico as a topping for most main dishes, such as flautas, gorditas, tostadas and enchiladas. It can be used in salads and dips.
